1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. FREE EXCHANGES (Size Guarantee)

Ordered the wrong size? Don’t worry. We offer one-time FREE exchanges for all domestic U.S. orders.

  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we will ship out your new size immediately from our USA warehouse.

3. HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

If you simply changed your mind, you can return your item for a full refund.

  • Return Shipping: We provide a pre-paid return label. A flat $6.99 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover the local return costs.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any additional restocking fees.

4. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • With all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Free from any stains, odors (like smoke or perfume), or pet hair.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged item or the wrong team colors, please contact us at worldfanjersey@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at zero cost to you.

6. HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email worldfanjersey@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.

  2. We will send you a Pre-paid Return Label via email within 24 hours.

  3. Print the label, attach it to the original package, and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.

7. REFUND TIMELINE

Once your return is delivered to our local facility and inspected (typically within 2-3 business days), we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
