OVERVIEW This website is operated by [Berrycat™]. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to [Berrycat™]. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND DESIGNS 

Our products are inspired by classic football heritage and are designed for fans. Unless explicitly stated, our products are not official league or national team merchandise. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or events beyond our control (e.g., peak tournament seasons). Any customs duties or taxes applied by the destination country (especially for Canada/Mexico orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy lasts [30] days. If [30] days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
