1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same day.

2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES (UNITED STATES)

We provide reliable shipping across the lower 48 states:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 Business Days (FREE on all orders)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 Business Days ($9.90 USD)

Note: For Hawaii, Alaska, and military addresses (APO/FPO), please allow 7-10 business days.

3. MEXICO & CANADA SHIPPING

  • Canada: 5 - 8 Business Days (Flat rate $12.00 or Free over $100)

  • Mexico: 7 - 12 Business Days (Flat rate $15.00)

4. TRACKING

Once your order is handed to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey every step of the way.

  • Fit Guarantee: Not the right size? We offer FREE domestic exchanges within the USA. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back.

  • Hassle-Free Returns: If you simply changed your mind, we offer Free Returns within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees, no catch.

2. CONDITION OF ITEMS

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • In the original packaging.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

Simply email us at support@berrycat.com with your order number. We will send you a digital pre-paid return label within 24 hours. Print it, stick it on the bag, and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.

4. REFUND TIMING

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
